Chiropractic white board / dry erase board

Today's Chiropractic hot tip:

A dry erase board is a crucial part of any chiropractic practice. In fact it might be one of the most important items in you office!

Don't think so?

A Dry Erase Board provides a number of things:

1) It provides a area that each patient knows to look every week for new information.

2) You can post specials on it like; families get checked for free during the month of November!

3) It provides a area to post if you will be out of the office.

4) It gives you a opportunity to teach a weekly lesson to each patient.

5) It provides another outlet to reach chiropractic patients about your purpose. If you believe each patient should be treated 1 once a week to maintain optimal heal write it!

6) Lastly it provides a area for promoting new service you may have i your office. Massage? myofascial release? stretching etc.

Chiropractic marketing through this simple step

Marketing of your chiropractic practice through this simple step.
Often times we forget our roots in which we come from. Of course we all remember we are chiropractors; however, many of us will even forget at some point what the word chiropractic means! The best advertising we can do is to educated your patients during every minute of there visit.

People love to learn new information even more than you may think. I first realized this when I had a article in a national publication. I ordered over a hundred copies for all of my patients. Well, I think every patients took one and then something else happened. Many of those same patients came back with comments and questions about "OTHER" articles. it was amazing. They actually not only read through my article but read through the whole chiropractic magazine. I never could have imagined it.

People love to read about new and interesting ...<< MORE >>

The Key to Chiropractic Marketing and Management

During a promotions for chiropractic offices I see numerous gimmick and slogans to get people in the door. The truth is in order to have a affective chiropractic marketing campaign there is a number of key steps you must implement or have in it.

Marketing tip 1) During the advertisement you must put a sense of urgency into it.
    - Only the first 20 people are eligible to receive this offer.
    - Chiropractic offices must have a deadline on the offer usually 3 to 4 weeks after the ad comes out.

Chiropractic management tip 2) Tell them who you are:
- do you focus on wellness of the body?
- Is your chiropractic practice a insurance based practice
- What do you think chiropractic is?

Marketing tip 3) Give them a reason to come in:
ex: we are doing a special new patient exam for 25 normally priced @ $250
 - or with each new exam patients receive a ...<< MORE >>

Chiropractic management / Marketing quick tip

Often in traditional chiropractic we used to use the metaphor of a hose being stepped on to explain to patients if a nerve is pinched upon it can not flow right. However in todays chiropractic community chiropractors often think of this explanation as in-accurate or old fashioned. The truth be told this is a simple way to explain to a patient the basic fundamental of chiropractic. You see the devil is in the details. Just as if when you go to the orthopedic he does not sit you down and go into ever single fine detail nor does he give you the complex medical explanation of your condition. The reason for this is 95% of the time the patient will have no idea what the doctor is talking about. You as a chiropractor have to remember the KISS methodology when explaining chiropractic to your patients.

Keep it simple (for the) ...<< MORE >>

chiropractic Managment / Marketing tip

Todays chiropractic Tip of the day for all you management and marketing enthusiasts out there is:

Try to meet each chiropractic patient you see today with a smile and a hand shake or hug depending on your level of friendship. A strong greeting during a treatment is just as valuable as giving the patient a chiropracTIC talk. When a chiropractors greets a patient with a sense of honor, gratitude, and excitement the patients feel your emotions through your actions. Remember marketing yourselves is not always verbal. Chiropractic Management teams will tell you to imagine a old friend or someone you have not seen in a long time. Even if the patient was in your office yesterday a very welcome visit will help them associate you chiropractic office with good feeling and a sense of home. ...<< MORE >>
